AI-powered ESG compliance infrastructure for EU construction and industry. Automated emissions calculations, regulatory-aligned reporting, and expert validation — delivered in 90 days.
Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions — GHG Protocol methodology
ESRS E1-aligned output ready for regulatory submission
Signed by a certified EU ESG expert. Every report.
The EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requires tens of thousands of European companies to disclose verified carbon emissions data for the first time. Most lack the internal resources to do it. Consultants charge €15,000–€40,000 per engagement. Generic software tools don't cover the complexity of construction supply chains.
Tremon fills that gap. Our platform automates Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions calculations, generates ESRS E1-aligned report drafts, and routes them to certified ESG experts for review and sign-off — delivering an audit-ready compliance record at a fraction of traditional costs.
Project-level Scope 1, 2, and 3 calculations using GHG Protocol methodology, ESRS E1 structure, and construction-sector emission factor databases (EPD, ICE). Handles materials, logistics, and energy — the three data sources that define a contractor's carbon footprint.
Automated document assembly mapped to ESRS E1 disclosure requirements and EU Taxonomy screening criteria. Outputs are structured for both human review and regulatory submission. Updated as ESRS amendments are published.
Every report is reviewed and digitally signed by a CESGA- or BREEAM AP-certified ESG expert before delivery. Not a confidence score — a verified, methodology-disclosed document that holds up to auditor, procurement, and bank scrutiny.
Generic ESG software uses industry-average emission factors. Our calculation engine is built specifically for NACE codes 41, 42, and 43 — construction of buildings, civil engineering, and specialised construction activities. We calculate embodied carbon from bill-of-materials inputs, not approximations.
Every platform report is reviewed by a certified EU ESG expert before delivery. Our validator network includes 100+ certified professionals from DGNB, DGBC, SGBC, FIGBC, ÖGNI, and BGBC across 11 EU countries — with construction-sector specialisation. The expert's signature is what makes the output credible.
All client data is stored and processed within the EU. No third-country transfers. GDPR-compliant architecture. This matters when your compliance data is the same data your customers, banks, and regulators will audit.
Tremon applied to the EIC Accelerator Deep Tech for Climate Adaptation programme — the European Commission's flagship fund for deep tech companies addressing climate challenges.
Reports follow ESRS E1 disclosure structure as defined by EFRAG. Methodology is traceable to GHG Protocol, IPCC emission factors, and EU electricity grid data.
Our validator network spans DGNB, DGBC, SGBC, FIGBC, ÖGNI, and BGBC — the major green building councils across Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Belgium, and beyond.
Our construction ESG platform handles the full compliance workflow: data collection templates, Scope 1/2/3 calculation, ESRS E1 report generation, and certified expert sign-off. Delivered in 90 days. Guaranteed.
Built for construction subcontractors (50–999 employees) facing Scope 3 data requests from large contractor customers under CSRD. Pilot offer available.

Tremon was founded to solve a specific, urgent problem: EU construction companies entering mandatory CSRD reporting have no affordable, sector-specific path to verified emissions compliance. Traditional ESG consultants charge €15,000–€40,000 per engagement and take 6–12 months — a timeline and price point that doesn't work for the over 3 million EU construction companies now facing emissions disclosure pressure through supply chains (Eurostat SBS 2024).
We built an alternative. One that uses AI to do the calculation work, maintains a curated network of certified EU ESG experts for validation, and delivers a verified, audit-ready compliance record at a price accessible to mid-market contractors.
We are headquartered in Eindhoven, Netherlands — at the centre of European construction and industrial activity.
CSRD is the first wave of a structural shift in how EU companies report environmental performance. Tremon is building the compliance infrastructure for that shift — starting with construction, where the emissions complexity is highest and the affordable solutions are fewest.
Tremon was founded by two engineers with deep experience in data systems and industrial operations.
Dmitrii Semenov is an engineer and entrepreneur driven by the goal of creating real impact in sustainability. His work focuses on bridging complex regulatory frameworks and practical solutions that help businesses operate more responsibly and transparently.
